This research is entitled "Analysis of Service Quality for Granting Midwives Practice Permits at the Investment and Integrated One-Stop Services in Ogan Ilir Regency". The purpose of this research was to describe the quality of services provided by the Investment and Integrated One-Stop Services in Ogan Har Regency in providing licenses to practice for midwives. This research used a qualitative method and the informants were determined purposively. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observation, and documentation. This research uses the theory of Parasuraman (1988) which consists of five measurement dimensions namely Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy. The results of the research show that the quality of services for granting licenses to practice midwives at the Investment and One-Stop Services Office of Ogan Ilir Regency is good, but improvements still need to be made to improve service quality. Some of the indicators that affect service quality are discipline in work, ease of getting service, responsiveness and responsiveness in responding to complaints as well as easily accessible supporting facilities and infrastructure so as to provide effective and efficient services. Improvements that need to be made relate to creating a technical team that is ready and stand by at of Investment and Integrated One-Stop Services in Ogan Ilir Regency so that the service process is faster and easier, officers need to provide detailed information such as legalization and diploma wet stamps, arranging Registration Certificates (STR) and letters of recommendation as well as efficient service and in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The results of this research recommend that the officers of Investment and Integrated One-Stop Services in Ogan lar Regency should be able to improve the function and quality of service as a form of agency responsibility in serving the community and be able to coordinate in monitoring the granting of licenses to practice midwives.
