During the Covid-19 pandemic, there was a decrease in productivity of irrigated rice plants in Pagar Jati Village, Lahat Regency due to the difficulty and even unavailability of subsidized fertilizers which had an impact on increasing production costs and decreasing farmers' income. The objectives of this study were to: 1) Analyze the differences in farmers' income before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, 2) Analyze the factors that influence the decline in farmers' income during the Covid-19 pandemic, and 3) Identify the survival strategies of irrigated rice farming families during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted in February-March 2023 in Pagar Jati Village, Lahat Regency. The data collection method used a survey method which then the data was processed using excel and SPSS 16.0. Sample selection using random sampling method. The results showed that: 1) Farmers income in Pagar Jati Village during the pandemic has decreased significantly, 2) Factors that have a significant effect on the decline in income of rice farmers during the pandemic are production yield, fertilizer prices, selling prices, and labor. While land area, seed prices, and pesticide prices have no significant effect on rice farmers' income during the pandemic, and 3) Active strategy is the strategy that has the highest score of 8.93.
