ANALISA PENYETELAN RELE GANGGUAN TANAH (GFR) DENGAN GANGGUAN HUBUNG SINGKAT SATU FASA KE TANAH PADA PENYULANG BALI DAN PAPUA DI GARDU INDUK KERAMASAN
The 20 kV distribution system often experiences short circuits disruptions due to external factors, which necessitate reliable operation of protective relays to respond appropriately. Based on monthly recorded data, short circuit disruptions have occurred in the Bali and Papua feeders at the Keramasan Main Substation. To identify the causes of these disruptions, the author conducted an analysis of phase-to-ground short circuits using a calculation method for short circuit values, which is used for relay protection reconfiguration. Therefore, the author discusses the analysis of Ground Fault Relay (GFR) settings for single-phase-to-ground short circuits in the Bali and Papua feeders at the Keramasan Main Substation. From the calculation results obtained with a short circuit value of 262,947776 A on the 70 kV transformer side that supplies the feeders, the short circuit value on the incoming 20 kV side is 262,947776 A, the short circuit value for the Bali feeder is 226,6241254 A, and the short circuit value for the Papua feeder is 242,1608267 A. These values are then used for the calculation of the GFR relay protection settings using inverse time low setting. The calculated settings are as follows: for the 70 kV transformer side, a setting value of 7,51279786 A with a Time Multiplier Setting (TMS) of 0.40; for the incoming 20 kV side, a setting value of 26,29479435 A with a TMS of 0.23; for the Bali feeder, a setting value of 22,610079 A with a TMS of 0.1; and for the Papua feeder, a setting value of 24,049188 A with a TMS of 0.1
