This study aims to determine the risks in the body position of operators separating coconut meat from coconut shells, to determine the amount of operator energy consumption, to determine the effect of temperature and humidity in the work room on operators, and to provide some suggestions and input needed from the results of complaints felt by operators when separating coconut meat from coconut shells. The Quick Exposure Checklist (QEC) method is to calculate the risk of working posture in the process of separating coconut meat from coconut shells. Energy consumption is obtained from the calculation of heart rate before work and after work. Temperature and humidity are obtained from measurements of temperature and humidity in the workplace. From the results of the study, the three operators obtained QEC scores of 71, 71, and 69 included in action levels 2 and 1 and further investigation is needed. Calculation of the total energy consumption of the three operators is 8.944 Kcal/minute, 5.815 Kcal/minute, and 4.025 Kcal/minute with the category of operator work level x being considered heavy, operator y being considered moderate and entry level operators being considered light. The complaints experienced by each operator were different based on the results of the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire, but they had similar complaints on the back, waist, buttocks and wrists. The results of the operator's x, y, and beginner's body temperature measurements are normal. The results of measuring the temperature and humidity in the work space are obtained that the temperature meets the requirements while the humidity meets the requirements.
