APLIKASI TRICHO KOMPOS DALAM MENEKANKAN PENYAKIT LAYU FUSARIUM PADA TANAMAN CABAI RAWIT (Capsicum frutescens L.)
Fungus Fusarium sp. is a soil-borne fungus that can survive longer in the soil for a long period of 15 years. Fusarium wilt attack can cause plant death. To control Fusarium wilt, one of the biological controls is to use Tricho compost. Tricho compost is able to suppress the growth and development of soil borne pathogens. This research wa conducted in a shadow house, Department of Plant Pests and Diseases, Sriwijaya University. This study aims to determine the development of the pathogen F. oxysporum after application of tricho compost to cayenne pepper plants. This research method were carried out using the Randomized Block Design Method (RBD) which consisted of 4 treatments with 6 replications. Giving Tricho compost did not have a significant effect on the attack of the fungus Fusarium sp
