The presence of PTPN VII SUNI as one of the FFB processing sites in Muara Enim is one form of the development of the palm oil business. The objectives of this study are: (1) To identify the FFB marketing mix in Jemenang Village, Rambang Niru District, Muara Enim Regency. (2) To identify the influence of (product, price, place and promotion) on the decision to sell fresh fruit bunches (FFB) of oil palm farmers in Jemenang Village, Rambang Niru District, Muara Enim Regency. This research was conducted in December 2022. The research method used was a survey method by conducting interviews with oil palm farmers around the mill site. The sampling method used is cluster random sampling. The samples taken were 56 samples. The results of this study are: (1) The FFB Marketing Mix in Jemenang Village consists of a product mix with aspects of sorting and quality of FFB (maturity level and size of FFB, mature FFB at least 95%, FFB past maturity max 5%, Brondolan at least 12.5%) and farmers can register a Fruit Cover Letter (SPB) to sell FFB. Then the price mix with pricing aspects follows the change in CPO prices, a cash payment system with details of penalty fees (less mature max 15% and past mature max 5%). Place mix with aspects of factory location about 15 km from the harvest collection site, rocky dirt road conditions and locations supported by 1 Loading ramp, 1 Bulldozer and 1 scale ramp. Promotion Mix with aspects of providing information on FFB receipts through online media and directly, prices are updated every day and there is an administration of the scale section that provides information services. (2) The marketing mix consisting of price, place and promotion mix has a partial effect with a significance level below 0.05 while the product mix does not have a partial effect on the decision to sell FFB from oil palm farmers.
