Ultisol is a type of soil that needs to be processed before agricultural activities are carried out. One solution that can be done is to apply liquid organic fertilizer to Ultisol soil and reduce the use of inorganic fertilizers because liquid organic fertilizer provides nutrients according to plant needs and increases soil fertility. This study aims to understand the effect of the application of liquid organik fertilizer from tofu factory waste on N, P, K and soil C/N ratio on pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) plants in Ultisols and find out the best dosage of liquid organik fertilizer from tofu factory waste in increasing Soil N, P, K values and C/N ratio on pakcoy plants (Brassica rapa L.) in Ultisols. This research was carried out in a greenhouse and analysis was carried out in the Chemistry, Biology and Soil Fertility Laboratory, Soil Science Study Program, Soil Department, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra Province. This research activity started from July to September 2022. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 6 treatments and 4 replicates so there were 24 experimental units. The results showed that the Liquid Organik Fertilizer treatment had a significant effect on K-Available, and had no significant effect on N-Total, P-Available soil levels and the C/N ratio of soil on pakcoy plants in Ultisols. The best value obtained in the Liquid Organik Fertilizer treatment was at a dose of 500 ml which had an N-Total value of 0,19%, P-Available 24,26 mg/kg, K-Available 1,60 cmol/kg and Soil C/N Ratio 15,27 %. Based on this research, it is suggested that in the cultivation of Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) it is better to combine liquid organik fertilizer from tofu factory wastewater with inorganik fertilizers.
