KARAKTERISTIK KESERAGAMAN WARNA BIJI KOPI ARABIKA SANGRAI MENGGUNAKAN IMAGE PROCESSING
This study aims to determine the color uniformity characteristics of roasted Arabica coffee beans based on the level of maturity (roast level) based on color analysis of roasted Arabica coffee beans using a camera. Non-destructive image processing to determine the level of color uniformity of roasted Arabica coffee beans with a computer program based on the measurement of the RGB color model. The accuracy of the digital image processing program requires a data base (results of the roasting level of Arabica coffee beans) as a training program with a data base (results of the roasting levels of Arabica coffee beans) obtained from laboratory analysis, as well as the research data presented in graphical form. The treatment factor is given by differentiating the temperature and degree of roasting. The treatment factors were analyzed using a completely randomized factorial design (RALF) with two treatment factors. Parameter testing on the results of laboratory tests showed that the parameters of water content, ash content and alkalinity of ash were significantly different with the variation of treatment factors
