The aims of this research were (1) to measure the role of farmer corporations in the production and income of rice farming (2) to describe the obstacles encountered in implementing farmer corporations (3) to calculate the farm income of members of farmer corporations (4) analyzing the relationship between the role of corporate farmers on the production and income of rice farming. Data collection in the field was held at the end of January 2023. The research method used was the survey method. Sampling method used is simple random sampling. Respondents consisted of 38 farmers. The results of the research on the role of the farmer corporation PT Sembada Agro Lestari for farmers in Trimoharjo Village have moderate or sufficient criteria. Obstacles in the implementation of corporations, namely the response of farmers varies due to various factors of adoption of innovation, limited capital, development and empowerment of human resources and organizational management. The average income owned by farmers is around Rp. 23,591,466 / lg / year. This study resulted in a significant relationship belonging to the medium criterion with a score of 0.463 and 0.508 looking at the relationship between the role of corporate farmers on rice farming production and income in Trimoharjo Village, Semendawai District, Suku III, East OKU Regency. This means that the increase in the correlation coefficient means that the relationship will be stronger. Keywords: income, rice production, the role of farmer corporations.
