This study aims to determine the composition of solid planting media and POC concentrations that are suitable for supporting the growth of Tatsoi Mustard (Brassica narinosa L.). The research will be carried out in Purwo Asri Village, Lempuing Jaya District, Ogan Komering Ilir, South Sumatra. It was carried out from August to October 2022. The study used 2 factors, where the first factor was the composition of solid planting media P0 = Control = Mixed manure soil 2:1, P1 = Soil: Solid Soil 1:1, P2 = Soil: Solid Soil 2:1, P3 = Soil: Solid Soil 3:1, and P4 = Soil: Solid Soil 4:1. The second factor was LOF Nasa C0 = Control without :LOF C1 = POC Nasa Dose 2.5 ml/l, C2 = LOF Nasa Dose 5.0 ml/l, and C3= LOF Nasa Dose 7.5 ml/l. Parameters observed were crown diameter (cm),number of leaves (strands), leaf width (cm), leaf length (cm), plant fresh weight (g), leaf fresh weight (g), root length (cm). Analysis of diversity used the ANOVA test and continued with the 5% LSD test.
