This research aimed to determine the growth and production of F3 seed genotypes CK 3 (2) x CR 3 (6) and CK 6 (8) x CR 6 (4) chili plants resulting from crossing curly chili with cayenne pepper and selecting good parent plants. as an accession that has advantages for further development. This research was carried out in collaboration with farmers in the agricultural land of Panang Jaya village, Gunung Megang District, Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra on December-May 2023. The research used a randomized block design with two plant accessions and three blocks. Data analysis using ANOVA, average value and standard deviation, as well as descriptively through visual pictures, graphs and photos. The number of plants was 41 plants and 13 of them had an upright fruit position, the color of the ripe fruit was mostly dark red, the leaf shape was mostly lanceolate and the leaf color was mostly dark green, with an elongated fruit shape and an upright habitus type. The results of the analysis of growth and production of the two genotypes on the plant height parameters of the CK 6 (8) x CR 6 (4) genotypes showed higher yields than the CK 3 (2) x CR 3 (6) genotypes, while the parameters of harvest age, fresh fruit weight and fruit length of the CK 3 (2) x CR 3 (6) genotype had a higher value than the CK 3 (2) x CR 3 (6) genotype.
