ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN STRES KERJA PERAWAT PADA PUSKESMAS KABUPATEN BANGKA TENGAH
Nurses as a workforce in the health sector are also at risk of experiencing work stress. The nurse's workload does not only cover treating patients but is also based on non-patient care assignments, and aspects of the physical, social (social support), and psychosocial environment. This study aims to analyze the factors associated with work stress on health center nurses in Central Bangka Regency. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with a cross-sectional approach with a sample of medical staff nurses at Community Health Centers in Central Bangka Regency using the Expanded Nursing Stress Scale (ENSS) Questionnaire. Nurses at the Central Bangka Health Center consisted of women, DIII education with an average age of 36.43 years, working time of 39.42 hours, and working period of 11.97 years with 2 programs being managed.
