Fitness or gym is a type of exercise that has a high risk of possible injury and Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) complaints that arise as a result of forcing the body's ability to create a good body, where the movements performed are often extreme movements or abnormal. This study uses descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews, Washington Administration Code (WAC), and Nordic Body Map Questionnaire (NBM). There were 8 informants in this study consisting of 2 key informants consisting of Okami fitness owners and Okami fitness personal trainers and 6 gym member informants. The results of the study obtained measurements of the body posture of gym members, then exercise movements using gym equipment are repetitive movements but not at risk of severe ergonomics because they don't do gym exercises for more than 2 hours, gym members who experience complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) include complaints on Okami fitness members the majority were in moderate complaints with a total of 6 people (100%), mild, severe and very severe complaints no one had complaints (0%) due to lack of heating (stretching). Members must perform exercise movements using gym equipment with the correct posture not forcing the ability to lift weights that are too heavy or beyond the body's capabilities and warm up (stretching) before and after training.
