The availability and selection of foodstuffs greatly affect the quality of an individual's diet, which is related to aspects of nutritional knowledge. There are several factors that can affect the quality of the diet, including knowledge of nutrition, education, employment, and the influence of social media. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between nutritional knowledge and diet quality among members of the Indonesian Ketogenic Group. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample of this study were members of the Indonesian Ketogenic Group on Facebook and totaled 121 respondents. The bivariate analysis used in this study is the Chi-Square test. The results of this study indicate that the nutritional knowledge variable (p-value = 0.000) and the influence of social media (p-value = 0.047) are related to diet quality, while the education and occupational variables are not related. Based on the research results, it is expected that respondents who have less nutritional knowledge can further increase their knowledge because good nutritional knowledge affects food selection, diet quality and good health conditions.
