PROGRAM STUDI GIZI FAKULTAS KESEHATAN MASYARAKAT UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA Skripsi, 10 Januari 2023 Nadhia Nur Putriana, dibimbing oleh Amrina Rosyada, SKM, MPH Analisis Ketahanan Pangan Keluarga dan Status Gizi Anak Pasca Pandemi Covid 19 di Kelurahan Kemalaraja Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. x + 112 Halaman, 25 tabel, 2 gambar, 3 lampiran ABSTRAK Ketahanan pangan merupakan kondisi terpenuhinya pangan bagi negara hingga perseorangan yang tersedia secara cukup, baik jumlah maupun mutunya, aman, bergizi, beragam, terjangkau serta tidak bertentangan dengan agama, keyakinan dan budaya masyarakat untuk mencapai hidup sehat, aktif dan produktif. Ketahanan pangan terdiri dari beberapa kategori yaitu tahan pangan, kerawanan pangan ringan, kerawanan pangan sedang, sangat rawan pangan. Ketahanan pangan berhubungan erat dengan status gizi anak, jika kondisi keluarga mengalami tidak tahan pangan maka kesehatan anak akan mengalami penurunan (Soekiman, 2002). Pandemi Covid-19 telah mengakibatkan krisis dunia baik dalam segi perekonomian maupun pangan. Faktor yang meningkatkan risiko kejadian gizi kurang pada anak balita pada masa pandemi adalah household food security (ketersediaan pangan rumah tangga), asupan energi, asupan protein dan kualitas asupan protein. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui analisis ketahanan pangan keluarga dan status gizi anak pasca pandemi covid 19 di Kelurahan Kemalaraja Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan pendekatan deskriptif menggunaakan desain cross sectional Study. Responden berjumlah 84 orang. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data diolah dengan uji statistik dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil analisis menyatakan bahwa ada hubungan antara penyakit infeksi dengan status gizi balita (p = 0,000), ada hubungan pendapatan keluarga dengan status gizi balita (p = 0,022), tidak ada hubungan pendidikan terakhir ayah dengan status gizi balita (p = 0,221), tidak ada hubungan pendidikan terakhir ibu dengan status gizi balita (p = 0,060), ada hubungan pekerjaan ayah dengan status gizi balita (p = 0,049), tidak ada hubungan pekerjaan ibu dengan status gizi balita (p = 1,000), ada hubungan jumlah anggota keluarga dengan status gizi balita (p = 0,041), ada hubungan ketahanan pangan dengan status gizi balita (p = 0,005). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah tidak ada hubungan antara pendidikan terakhir ayah, pendidikan terakhir ibu dan pekerjaan ibu dengan status gizi balita, ada hubungan antara penyakit infeksi, pendapatan keluarga, pekerjaan ayah, jumlah anggota keluarga dan ketahanan pangan dengan status gizi balita. Food security consists of several categories, namely food security, mild food security, moderate food insecurity, very food insecurity. Food security is closely related to the nutritional status of children, if the family is experiencing food insecurity, the child's health will decrease (Soekiman, 2002). The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in a world crisis both in terms of the economy and food. Factors that increase the risk of malnutrition in children under five during a pandemic are household food security (availability of household food), energy intake, protein intake and quality of protein intake. The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of family food security and the nutritional status of children after the Covid-19 pandemic in the Kemalaraja Village, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. This research is an observational study with a descriptive approach using a cross sectional study design. Respondents amounted to 84 people. The sample collection technique uses purposive sampling. Data were processed by statistical tests and analyzed descriptively. The results of the analysis stated that there was a relationship between infectious diseases and the nutritional status of children under five (p = 0.000), there was a relationship between family income and nutritional status of children under five (p = 0.022), there was no relationship between the last education of the father and the nutritional status of children under five (p = 0.221), no there is a relationship between mother's last education and toddler's nutritional status (p = 0.060), there is a relationship between father's work and toddler's nutritional status (p = 0.049), there is no relationship between mother's work and toddler's nutritional status (p = 1.000), there is a relationship between the number of family members and nutritional status of toddlers (p = 0.041), there is a relationship between food security and nutritional status of children (p = 0,005). The conclusion of this study is that there is no relationship between father's last education, mother's last education and mother's occupation with the nutritional status of toddlers, there is a relationship between infectious diseases, family income, father's occupation, the number of family members and food security with the nutritional status of toddlers..
