Scabies is a skin disease caused by the hominis variant of Sarcoptes scabiei mites, it is due to lack of maintaining personal hygiene and environmental sanitation. Personal hygiene which includes skin hygiene, hand and nail hygiene, clothing hygiene, towel hygiene. Environmental sanitation which includes: occupancy density and ventilation. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between personal hygiene and environmental sanitation with the incidence of scabies in female students at Al Haromain Islamic Boarding School, Semende Darat Laut District. This type of research is observational analytic through a cross sectional study approach. The population in this study was female students at Al Haromain Islamic Boarding School with a sample of 99 female students. The sampling technique in the study used stratified random sampling technique. The method of data collection in this study was obtained from questionnaires, direct observation and uks data. The analysis in this study is univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis using statistical applications. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a relationship between hand and nail hygiene p-value (0.001), clothing hygiene p-value (0.025), towel hygiene p-value (0.016), occupancy density p-value (0.041), ventilation p-value (0.047). While the skin hygiene variable has no p-value relationship (0.620). The incidence of scabies in female students at Al-Haromain Islamic Boarding School, Semende Darat Laut District, was most dominantly influenced by hand and nail hygiene variables with a p- value of
