The stockpile area of PT Dizamatra Powerindo is a place for the accumulation of coal mining products located in Lahat regency. The stockpile area produces dust in the form of PM10 which has a negative impact on the health of workers in the stockpile area, especially respiratory problems. This study aims to analyze the relationship of coal PM10 exposure to the incidence of respiratory problems in workers in the PT stockpile area. Dizamatra Powerindo site Patra Tani. The method used is quantitative, with a total of 30 respondents. The sampling technique uses total sampling. The sample of this study was 30 workers. The source of data from the results of measuring PM10 levels which were measured directly using the High Volume Air Sampler (HVAS) tool by the researcher and the results of the questionnaire distributed to respondents in the stockpile area. This study uses univariate analysis techniques and bivariate analysis using Fisher's Exact Test The results showed that there was a significant relationship between exposure to coal PM10 and the incidence of respiratory disorders (p-value = 0.002), as for variables that had a significant relationship with impaired exposure, namely smoking habits (p-value = 0.000), service life (p-value = 0.026), use of PPE (p- value = 0.026), and duration of exposure (p- value = 0.029). It can be concluded that respiratory distress is not only caused by exposure to dust but is also influenced by the characteristics of workers
