N-TOTAL, C-ORGANIK, DAN pH PADA TANAH RAWA LEBAK YANG DIBERI EKOENZIM DAN KOMPOS PASCA DITANAMI TANAMAN CHAYA (Cnidoscolus aconitifolius.)
The use of ecoenzymes and compost can potentially provide benefits in increasing the nutrient content and soil fertility in non tidal swamp. This study aims to identify the effect of the application of ecoenzymes and compost on the content of N-Total, C-Organic, and pH in post-planted chaya swamp soil (Cnidoscolus aconitifolius). The research was conducted in the Greenhouse, Department of Soil Science, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. The method used is Complete Random Design (RAL) Factorial which consists of two treatment factors, the first factor ecoenzyme with 3 levels, namely, (E0) Control, (E1) 25 ml ecoenzyme plant-1, (E2) 75 ml ecoenzyme plant-1, the second factor compost with 3 levels, namely, (K0) Control, (K1) 2.5 tons ha-1, (K2) 5 tons ha-1 Each treatment was repeated 3 times, resulting in 27 experimental units. The results showed that the application of compost (K) with various doses had a very real effect on pH, C-Organic and N-Total in the soil. While the application of ecoenzyme (E) only affects soil pH. There is no apparent interaction between the combined treatment of ecoenzymes and compost on pH, C-Organic and N-Total in soil. Treatment of 5 tons ha-1 compost gives the best results against pH, C-Organic and N-Total in the soil.
