HUBUNGAN NYERI HAID (DISMENORE) DENGAN AKTIVITAS BELAJAR PADA SISWI MADRASAH ALIYAH PATRA MANDIRI PLAJU PALEMBANG
Menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) is a disorder during menstruation that is often experienced by young women, one of the activities that can be disrupted due to menstrual pain is learning activities at school. Students who experience menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) feel uncomfortable, do not focus on learning and are not enthusiastic about participating in learning activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) and learning activities in female students at Madrasah Aliyah Patra Mandiri Plaju Palembang. The research design was an analytic survey with a Cross Sectional approach, the data used were primary data obtained from filling out a questionnaire. The sampling technique was Simple Random Sampling so that 123 students were obtained. Data analysis used the Chi Square test. The results showed that the intesity of dysmenorrhea (p=0,000) and stress (p=0,008) had a relationship with learning activities, while physical activity (p=0,229), nutritional status (p=0,494) had no relationship with learning activities. The most influential variable is the dysmenorrhea intensity variable. The conclusion of this study is that dysmenorrhea interferes with student learning activities, so a healthy lifestyle is needed to reduce the impact of dysmenorrhea.
