The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of efficiency and labor productivity on profits in the footwear industry in Indonesia. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained from BPS-Statistics Indonesia with the four-digit ISIC code (1520) from 2006 to 2020. The research method used is the multiple linear regression model. The result of the study shows a coefficient of determination of 0.86. This means that the efficiency and labor productivity variables can explain the profit variation of 86 percent. Simultaneously, efficiency and productivity have a significant effect on profits. Partially, efficiency and also labor productivity has a significant dan positive effect on profits in the footwear industry in Indonesia.
