Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is an infectious disease which is still a health problem in Indonesia. The working area of the Kemalaraja Health Center is the area with the most DHF cases in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency in 2020. Factors that influence the presence of Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae include environmental sanitation and PSN behavior (3M Plus). The aim of the study was to analyze the relationship between environmental sanitation and PSN behavior (3M Plus) with the presence of Aedes aegypti larvae in the working area of the Kemalaraja Health Center, Baturaja Timur District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency in 2022. This study was an analytic observational approach with a cross sectional approach. The research population is residents in the working area of the Kemalaraja Health Center. Sampling 176 respondents using cluster random sampling method. Data analysis to multivariate test using SPSS, bivariate test using chi square and multivariate using multiple logistic regression prediction model test. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between landfill conditions (P-value 0.000), waste disposal system (P-value 0.035), lighting (P-value 0.042), humidity (P-value 0.031) and PSN behavior (3M Plus) (P-value 0.001) in the presence of Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae. And there is no relationship between air temperature (P-value 0.401) and the presence of Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae. The results of multivariate analysis showed that the most dominant factor affecting the presence of Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae was the condition of the landfill (P-value=0.000; PR=32.525; CI=8.828-119.836). The presence of Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae in the working area of the Kemalaraja Health Center is classified as moderate, this is influenced by environmental sanitation factors and PSN behavior (3M Plus). So it is suggested that the community increase awareness of protecting the environment and routinely carry out PSN behavior (3M Plus).
