One of the causes of lead contamination in vegetables is the effect of pesticide spraying on vegetables which leaves residues on the vegetables. Lead that contaminates vegetables can have health problems if it enters the human body. This study aims to analyze the magnitude of the health risks caused by the consumption of lead-contaminated cabbage in Suban Ayam Village. This study used a quantitative method with an environmental health risk analysis (ARKL) approach. The sample in this study used the Purposive Sampling method which consisted of 96 respondents and 10 samples of cabbage originating from the vegetable warehouse in Suban Ayam Village which would be analyzed for lead content using the Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (AAS) method. The results showed that the concentration of lead in cabbage had an average of 0.0458 mg/kg. The results of the analysis show that respondents in Suban Ayam Village have a realtime RQ with an average of 5.01225 or have an RQ value > 1. In addition, respondents are also at risk of being exposed to carcinogenic diseases for a lifetime because they have an average ECR of 0.000229 or an ECR value > 10-4. Based on these results it was concluded that the consumption of cabbage in Suban Ayam Village can pose carcinogenic and non carcinogenic health risks. Risk management that can be carried out is by reducing the concentration of lead (Pb) to a maximum of 0.0017 mg/kg and reducing the intake rate to a maximum of 45.97 g/day. It is recommended for farmers to reduce the use of chemical pesticides which have active ingredients and heavy metals and the people of Suban Ayam Village are encouraged to take supplements and vitamins and keep vegetables clean before consumption.
