Efforts to improve the quality of health services FKTP in the JKN program have been implemented by performance-based payments with contact numbers as one of the indicators. BPJS has developed an indirect contact program since the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aimed to analyze the implementation of indirect contact services for FKTP for JKN participants in Jambi City. The methode used in this study was qualitative methode with data collection through in-depth interviews, observation, and document review. Validate data by triangulation and using thematic analysis. Research informants consisted of the person in charge of 2 Puskesmas, 2 Primary Clinics, and 2 Individually Practical Doctors. The results showed that the implementation of indirect contact service in FKTP for JKN participants in Jambi City was associated with the increasing number of contacts, dissatisfaction of the JKN participants, and economic constraints of the participants. The implementation of indirect contact services has not been running optimally. It can be indicated from the factors that influence it, namely, there are no input guidelines, standard operating procedures, special officers, special funds, and special equipment for indirect contacts and socialization has not been carried out routinely. In addition, factors that also have a role in the implementation of indirect contact are the lack of understanding of officers regarding the goals, objectives, and targets of indirect contact, as well as the competence of the implementers. The conclusion of this research is the implementation of indirect contact services has not been carried out optimally, so need to improve the support of BPJS in Jambi for indirect contacts services.
