Ergonomics issues are still a serious problem being faced by various countries. Office Ergonomics is the application of ergonomics studies which cover the entire work environment and work tools used such as computers and chairs. This study aims to analyze work posture and work duration in office workers using the Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) method at PT. United Tractors Tbk. Palembang branch. The design of the research in this research is descriptive observational with a case study design and the total object of this research is 10 office workers at PT. United Tractors Tbk. Palembang branch. The object selection technique in this study used a simple random sampling technique because the population in this study was homogeneous but adapted to the required sample criteria, namely office workers at PT. United Tractors Tbk. Palembang branch who work 8 hours a day, are of productive age, have a minimum of 2 years work experience, and use a computer while working. The risk analysis method used is the ergonomics risk analysis method Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA). The results of calculating the ergonomic risk level using the ROSA method for 10 office worker respondents, all respondents got a score of > 5 so they are at the Danger level. The results of calculating the ergonomic risk level using the ROSA method on 10 worker respondents. It is recommended for office workers to be able to change the habit of awkward work postures and adapt them to neutral work postures. It is also recommended for office workers to be able to replace and update the facilities used by workers such as tables, chairs, monitors, telephones, mice and keyboards
