IMPLEMENTASI PELAYANAN KESEHATAN TRADISIONAL DI PUSKESMAS KOTA PALEMBANG
The Ministry of Health is targeting the implementation of traditional health services in 2015 as many as 5 Community Health Centers. However, in Palembang City, only 2 Community Health Centers provide traditional health services, which means they have not reached the target. This study aims to analyze the implementation of traditional health services at the Campus Health Center and Empat Ulu Health Center in Palembang City. The research method uses a qualitative phenomenological approach. Informants in the study amounted to 8 informants. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation, and document review. Data analysis was performed by thematic analysis. The results of the research on the communication aspect, namely the existence of information conveyed regarding traditional health services between the Head of the Puskesmas, the Person in Charge of Traditional Health Services, and the Palembang City Health Office. However, there are inconsistent activity instructions at the Campus Health Center, such as the physiotherapy service not running and the Traditional Health Service Poly Clinic not working at the Empat Ulu Health Center. The aspect of resources, namely the staff and facilities at the Campus Health Center are sufficient while at Empat Ulu Health Center they are not sufficient. The disposition aspect, namely the Campus Health Center and Empat Ulu Health Center have supported traditional health services but there is still a lack of promotion of traditional health services in the community. Aspects of Bureaucratic Structure, namely related to Standard Operational Procedures for traditional health services at the Campus Health Center already exist while at Empat Ulu Health Center there is not yet and coordination with Traditional Community Health Workshops and Kelurahan has been carried out. The conclusion of this study is that the Campus Health Center and Empat Ulu Health Center have carried out traditional health services but it is suggested that there is a need to increase the promotion of traditional health services at the Campus Health Center and the need for a special room for traditional health servicesas well asaddition of competent traditional health service workers at Empat Ulu Health Center.
