Manggala Agni Sumatera XIV Operational Area (Daops) Banyuasin Regency has a large blackout work area which includes Banyuasin Regency, Ogan Ilir Regency and Bangka Belitung Islands Province. With a large work area, Manggala Agni Banyuasin firefighters are at great risk of occupational diseases. Occupational diseases can be prevented by management by holding an occupational health program, therefore this study aims to analyze occupational health programs in an effort to minimize occupational diseases at the Manggala Agni Sumatra XIV Banyuasin Unit. This research is qualitative research. The technique of taking purposive sampling of informants with a total of 6 informants was through in-depth interviews. The results of the analysis showed that Manggala Agni Banyuasin did not find any occupational diseases among the personnel, but there were health complaints such as sore eyes, cold coughs, dizziness, itching and aches. Efforts to minimize occupational diseases are occupational health programs at Manggala Agni Banyuasin in the form of fit-to-work programs, medical check-ups, ergonomic improvement programs and human resource development programs but do not yet have occupational health programs health promotion and environmental risk management which are suggested to be held by Manggala Agni Banyuasin.
