Burning coconut husks, which is one of the work processes in Sungai Semut Village, Makarti Jaya District, can pose health risks due to exposure to carbon monoxide if exposed continuously. This study aims to analyze the environmental risk of exposure to Carbon Monoxide (CO) on coco coir burners in Sungai Semut Village, Makarti Jaya District, Banyuasin Regency. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with an Environmental Health Risk Analysis (ARKL) approach. The sample used as many as 53 respondents with Stratified Random Sampling technique. CO samples were taken with 4 measurement points using the Portable Gas Detector Analyzer KIMO CO 110. The results showed that the average CO concentration was 7.265 mg/m3. Respondent's body weight was 58.42 kg, duration of exposure was 4.21 hours/day, frequency of exposure was 215.57 days/year, and duration of exposure was 10.75 years. the highest realtime intake was 0.122 mg/kg/day and the highest realtime intake was 0.357 mg/kg/day.
