Transgender are a range group that has a high risk of STI and HIV transmission. This is due to the transgender sexual lifestyle which often changes sex partners, does not use condoms, and performs oral and anal intercourse in intercourse. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on the relationship between knowledge, attitudes, prevention behavior, and social support on the incidence of STIs and HIV among waria in Palembang City. This research is included in the quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The research sample used was 55 people. Data analysis techniques were carried out using univariate, bivariate and multivariate methods.
