ANALISIS PROSPEK PEMASARAN KOPI LOKALATE SEBAGAI PRODUK INOVASI MINUMAN KOPI DARI PT NUTRIFOOD INDONESIA AREA PALEMBANG
The objectives of this research were to: 1.) Analyze the marketing prospects for Lokalate coffee in terms of the marketing mix elements of PT Nutrifood Indonesia Palembang area 2.) Identify internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) in the application of the marketing mix of Lokalate products at PT Nutrifood Indonesia Palembang area. 3.) Formulate a marketing mix strategy for Lokalate coffee so that it can be accepted by the target market and be able to compete with other coffee products that already exist. This research was conducted in coworking space PT Nutrifood Indonesia area Palembang namely Nutrihub Palembang. Determination of this location was done intentionally with research method used which is survey method. Data retrieval was conducted in August - September 2022. The sampling method that used was unbalanced purposive sampling method. Based on the research result, that marketing prospects for Lokalate coffee in the Palembang area were seen from the elements of the marketing mix, namely the product has very good prospects, the price has good prospects, the promotion has good prospects, and the place has poor prospects. The final total of the IFAS matrix is 1.11 and the final total of the EFAS matrix is 1.071 which from these results the company's position is in quadrant I (S-O/Aggressive Strategy) which indicates that the company uses more strength to take advantage of opportunities and focus on existing potentials.
