This study aims to (1) Describe the system of sharing the results of palm oil at the Suka Makmur KPKS Suka Damai Baru Village, Sungai Lilin District, Banyuasin Regency. (2) Calculating the amount of income received by oil palm farmers in Suka Damai Baru Village, Sungai Lilin District, Banyuasin Regency. (3) Identify and describe whether the management of oil palm plantations by KPKS satisfies the oil palm farmers in Suka Damai Baru Village, Sungai Lilin District, Banyuasin Regency. This research was conducted in Suka Damai Baru Village, Sungai Lilin District, Banyuasin Regency. Field data collection was carried out from January to February 2023. The data collected is in the form of primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by conducting direct interviews using a list of questions (questionnaire) that had been prepared. While secondary data obtained from literature and related agencies or agencies. This study took 47 samples from 472 populations. The results showed that (1) the yield sharing system for the PKPS Suka Makmur to oil palm farmers was 67,03% for the farmers and 31,02% for the KPKS. (2) The average income of oil palm farming in Suka Damai Baru Village is IDR 70.455.259/lg/year. (3) The level of farmer satisfaction with the Suka Makmur KPKS has a good ability to carry out its functions and duties.
