Forage is the main requirement for ruminants. Fulfilling the need for good feed both in terms of quality and quantity is needed because feed is an important factor in supporting the productivity of ruminants. It was found that there are many types of swamp forages, some of which have been identified that can be consumed and are relatively preferred by ruminants, for example, are perforated grass (Polygonum barbatum). This study aims to study the digestibility of fermented arebolong with copper kumpai and kemon water supplementation on dry matter digestibility (KCBK), organic matter digestibility (KCBO), N-NH₃ concentration, and pH values. This research was conducted in August - September 2022 at the Swamp Buffalo Center in Rambutan Village, Rambutan District, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra and the second stage, namely an in vitro digestibility test, was carried out in September - October 2022 at the Animal Feed Nutrition Laboratory, Animal Husbandry Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University . This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 4 replications. The treatment consisted of R0 (100% fermented are bolong grass), R1 (75% fermented arebolong grass + 20% copper kumpai + 5% kemon water), R2 (50% fermented arebolong grass + 40% copper kumpai + 10% kemon water), and R3 (25% fermented arebolong grass + 60% copper kumpai + 15% kemon water). Parameters observed in the in vitro test were dry matter digestibility (KCBK), organic matter digestibility (KCBO), ammonia concentration (NH-₃), and degree of acidity (pH). The results of this study indicated that treatment with Kumpai Copper and Kemon Air supplements in Fermented Bolong Are Bolong on KCBK, KCBO, NH₃, and pH had no significant effect (P>0.05). Keywords: Are Bolong, fermentation, digestibility of dry matter, digestibility of organic matter, kemon water, copper kumpai, nh₃, ph.
