ANALISIS FAKTOR LINGKUNGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN DEMAM BERDARAH DENGUE (DBD) DI PUSKESMAS WILAYAH KOTA PRABUMULIH
DHF cases in Prabumulih City in the last 3 years have been dynamic with the highest cases in 2020 recorded at 48.4% of cases. Dengue hemorrhagic fever is multifactorial in which the factors causing a significant increase in cases are due to environmental factors. This type of research is quantitative research. Observations and interviews were carried out with a cross sectional approach. This type of research is a quantitative research carried out in an observational manner and interviews with a cross sectional approach with a sampling technique using Simple Random Sampling as many as 70 respondents. The measuring instrument uses a flashlight and a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate methods using the chi-square test. Bivariate results showed that there was a relationship between the presence of larvae (p=0.000), landfill drainage (p=0.000), the presence of a landfill lid (p=0.001), and the habit of hanging clothes (p=0.000). ) with the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever. Relationship between the habit of burying used goods (p=0.586) and the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever. It can be concluded that the risk factors for DHF are the presence of larvae, landfill drainage, availability of landfill covers and the habit of hanging clothes.
