Parenting is the attitude and behavior of the mother in the form of feeding, personal hygiene and the environment, and everything related to the state of toddlers in terms of health. If mothers work, the time between mothers and toddlers will be reduced. If the parenting pattern given is not appropriate, it will affect the nutritional status concerning health and also the ability to recover from an illness. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research on parenting patterns in working and non-working mothers. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection used in-depth interviews and observation methods as well as SQ-FFQ on 11 people with Purposive Sampling technique. Data validity was done by triangulation. The results showed that toddlers have good nutritional status. Diet based on meal portions, meal frequency, food texture, and food diversity in toddlers with working and non-working mothers are mostly in the good category, but there is one toddler with a working mother who is still lacking in meal portions. Health parenting of toddlers with working mothers is said to be good based on the provision of complete basic immunization and the mother's attitude when the toddler is sick, while toddlers with non-working mothers have one toddler who is not immunized. The hygiene parenting of working mothers is still lacking as well as in non-working mothers, seen from the rarity of washing hands, littering, and unclean water. It can be concluded that the majority of diets of toddlers with working mothers and mothers do not work well, parenting hygiene of toddlers with mothers working and not working is still lacking, and parenting health of toddlers with mothers working and mothers not working is almost entirely good. Suggestions in this research are mothers should pay more attention to diet with efforts to variate the food used and processing methods, health parenting by providing immunizations and appropriate actions when toddlers are sick and hygiene parenting in the form of washing hands with soap, using clean water, and disposing of garbage in its place so that toddlers can grow and develop optimally.
