Voluntary Counseling and Testing (VCT) Clinic service programs have been established by the government. However, in practice there are still MSM who do not take advantage of these services. This research is included in the quantitative research with a cross sectional approach. The research sample used was 150 people. The results of the bivariate analysis found that those that had a relationship with the use of VCT services were knowledge (p-value = 0.000), support from health workers (p-value = 0.000), perceptions of vulnerability (p-value = 0.000), perceptions of seriousness (p-value = 0.001), perceived benefits (p-value=0.000), and perceived obstacles (p-value=0.000). While the level of education (p-value=0.194), employment status (p-value=0.350) and family support (p-value=1.000) have no relationship with the utilization of VCT services in MSM. The results of the multivariate analysis showed that the most dominant variable was knowledge (p-value = 0.000). MSM with good knowledge had 276.8 times the chance to utilize VCT services compared to MSM with less knowledge. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the factors most related to utilizing VCT services were knowledge and health personnel support variables controlled by perceived benefits, level of education, perceived vulnerability, perceived seriousness, and perceived obstacles. Suggestions in this study, it is better to encourage groups of male sex workers to use VCT services to be more proactive, empathetic to provide understanding, and provide comfort so that they have more trust in health workers to utilize VCT services.
