HUBUNGAN ASUPAN KALORI SARAPAN PAGI TERHADAP KELUHAN KELELAHAN KERJA PADA PERAWAT DI RUMAH SAKIT MUHAMMADIYAH PALEMBANG
Work fatigue is a problem that often occurs in the workforce. Problems that need to be addressed properly because they can cause various problems such as loss of efficiency at work, decreased productivity and work capacity as well as health and survival abilities, which cause work accidents. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of breakfast calorie intake, age, tenure, marital status, medical history, and sleep quality to complaints of work fatigue. This study is an observational study with a cross sectional approach. Sampling with Purposive Sampling method with the Chi Square Test. The results stated that there was a significant relationship between breakfast calorie intake (p-value 0.001), age (p-value 0.030), disease history (p-value 0.001), sleep quality (p-value 0.001) to complaints of work fatigue in nurses at the Palembang Muhammadiyah Hospital (p-value 0.001), and there was no significant relationship between working period (p-value 0.478), marital status (p-value 1.000) to complaints of work fatigue in nurses at the Palembang Muhammadiyah Hospital. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between breakfast calorie intake, age, medical history, sleep quality to complaints of fatigue in nurses at the Palembang Muhammdiyah Hospital, and not to the relationship between tenure, marital status to complaints of fatigue in nurses at the Palembang Muhammdiyah Hospital. Research advice, nurses are expected to pay attention to food intake properly so that they no longer experience complaints of fatigue at work. Keywords: Calorie Intake, Breakfast, Fatigue
