ANALISIS KEANDALAN KESELAMATAN BANGUNAN TERHADAP BAHAYA KEBAKARAN PADA GEDUNG LAYANAN EKSEKUTIF RSUD Dr. H. ABDUL MOELOEK PROVINSI LAMPUNG
Building is a physical form of construction work that is integrated with its position, partially or wholly above or in the ground or water. Hospital buildings have a risk of fire and if a fire occurs it will have a big impact, considering the hospital's activities that are active for 24 hours, using a lot of equipment connected to electricity and a lot of flammable materials. Reliability in a building is needed as an effort to prevent and overcome fire hazards, so a building must have a fire protection system, both active and passive, equipped with complete sites and rescue facilities. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data were obtained from observation, interviews, and document review with a total of 7 informants. This study aims to conduct a reliability analysis of building safety against fire hazards in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works No. 26 of 2008 and Pd-T-11-2005-C. The results showed that the level of reliability at the Executive Service Building of Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Hospital of Lampung Province received a value of site completeness (12%), Rescue Facilities (23.17%), Active Protection (12.59%), and Passive Protection (24.33%). Overall get a score of 72.09% which means that the reliability of the building is in good condition in accordance with the building fire safety inspection guidelines (Pd-T- 11-2005-C).
