The tembelekan plant (Lantana camara L.) is a herbaceous perennial plant, bushy stems, woody, upright, branched, thorny stems, and grows a lot in tropical climates. This research was conducted with the aim of obtaining optimum results on the effect of various growing media on the growth of Tembelekan plant cuttings (Lantana camara L.). This research was conducted at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya. The time of the research was carried out from September to December 2022. The method used in this study was a Factorial Randomized Block Design (FRBD) consisting of 2 (two) factors and 3 replications. The first factor was the composition of the growing media which consisted of 5 treatment levels, namely M0 = Soil (Control), M1 = Husk Fuel, M2 = Cocopeat, M3 = Husk Fuel+Soil (2:1), M4 = Cocopeat+Soil (2:1). The second factor was the type of cutting material which also consisted of 3 treatment levels, namely A1 = Origin of Rootstock Cuttings, A2 = Origin of Middle Stem Cuttings, and A3 = Origin of Upper Stem Cuttings. So that there are 15 treatment units with each treatment there are 3 plants which produce 135 plants in total. The data obtained were analyzed using variance (ANOVA) by comparing the calculated F value with the F table at 5% test level. If the calculated F is significantly different, it will be tested with a 5% Least Significance Different (LSD). The variables observed in this study were shoot length, number of leaves, greenness of leaves, percentage of shoot growth, root length, fresh weight of roots, fresh weight of stems, fresh weight of leaves, and percentage of live cuttings. The results showed that the treatment of the stem cuttings (A2), the treatment of husk fuel + soil (2:1) or M3, and the interaction of two, namely M3A2, gave the best results for the growth of tembelekan plants (Lantana camara L.).
