This study aims to determine the response of several BC2F2 accessions from the crossing of Inpago 5 with Inpara 8 rice varieties to drought stress in the generative phase. This research was carried out from July to December 2022 at the Greenhouse of the Department of Agricultural Cultivation, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra. The method used in this study was Split Plot Design with 3 replicates. The main plots are drought stress treatment (P) and subplots are varieties and accessions (V). The parameters observed in this study were plant height (cm), number of tiller per clump (stem), level of leaf greenness, flowering age (DAP), root length (cm), dry weight of roots (g), dry weight of the shoot (g), number of grains per panicle (grains), grain weight per panicle (g), number of panicles per clump, number of grains per clump (grains), grain weight per clump (g), weight of 100 grains of grain (g), percentage of empty grain (%), proportion of plant dry weight (%) and shoot root ratio (g). The results of this study showed that BC2F2 rice accession response after experiencing drought stress gave the best results on the parameters of root length at 84 DAP and 98 DAP, root dry weight at 119 DAP, shoot dry weight, number grain per clump, grain weight per clump, weight of 100 grains and shoot root ratio.
