This study aims to determine the growth response of Inpago 5 varieties, Inpara 8 varieties and BC2F2 accession (the result of crossing Inpago 5 as female elder and Inpara 8 as male elder) after experiencing drought stress in the generative phase. This research was carried out from July to December 2022 at the Greenhouse of the Department of Agricultural Cultivation, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. The method used in this study was Split Plot Design with 2 treatments and 3 replicates. The main plots were drought stress treatment (C) and subplots were varieties and accession (H). Parameters obeserved in this study were plant height (cm), number of tillers per clump (stem), leaf greenness, age of flowering (DAP), root length (cm), root dry weight (g), shoot dry weight (g), number of grain per panicle, grain weight per panicle (g), number of panicles per clump, number of grain per clump, grain weight per clump (g), weight of 100 grains (g), percentage of empty grain (%), proportion of plants and shoot root ratio. Based on the results of the study, BC2F2 accession had a better production response than Inpago 5 and Inpara 8 varieties after experiencing drought stress based on the parameters of root length (cm), root dry weight (g), shoot dry weight (g), grain weight per panicle (g), number of panicles per clump, number of grain per clump, grain weight per clump (g), weight of 100 grains (g), percentage of empty grain (%), proportion of plants and shoot root ratio.
