ANALISIS KUALITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN PASIEN POLI GIGI PADA PESERTA JAMINAN KESEHATAN NASIONAL DI PUSKESMAS INDRALAYA DENGAN METODE INPORTANCE PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS (IPA)
The number of participants who visited the National Health Insurance (JKN) at Indralaya Health Centre in the period January - December 2022 was 25,357 people, and specifically at the Dental Clinic was 1,176 for the period January - December 2022. With the high rate of utilisation of health services, of course, it must be supported by the quality of good health facilities, namely through accreditation of health facilities both FKTP and FKRTL / RS. The purpose of the study was to analyse the level of conformity of attributes to the quality of health services for JKN patients. Descriptive research with a quantitative approach. Data analysis with the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. Sample 90 people. Taking with purposive sampling. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires containing statements of expectations and implementation. The results of the research on the level of suitability of all attributes 96.14%. The level of conformity for each attribute is obtained through a comparison between the importance and performance of 28 attribute statements which show that JKN patients who seek treatment at the Indralaya Puskesmas dental clinic have not been able to meet patient expectations because the value of the level of conformity is still below 100%. Based on the 5 dimensions used, physical evidence (97.26%> 97.17%), reliability (97.49%> 97.17%), responsiveness (97.21%> 97.17%) were declared satisfied, and for attention (96.66% < 97.17%), and assurance (96.72% < 97.17%) were declared unsatisfied.
