This study aims to determine the rate of return on formal education investment in Ogan Komering Ulu District (Case Study of East Baturaja District and West Baturais District). The scope of this study discusses the determinants of the return on investment in formal educated workforce education in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency specifically in the sub-districts of East Baturaja and West Baturaja, as well as to find out how much influence labor education has on the feasibility/quality of labor. The workforce to be studied is a workforce that has graduate education: Elementary School (SD), Junior High School (SMP), High School (SMA) and College.
