Blood meal is an animal feed ingredient derived from fresh blood (cattle, buffalo, goats and sheep) obtained from slaughterhouses. The use of alternative feeds is needed as a substitute for the application of conventional feeds and is aimed to increasing the nutritional content of the ration. Livestock productivity can be supported by the use of protein source feed in the ration. As a protein source feed, blood meal has the opportunity to be used as an alternative protein source feed for livestock. This study aimed to investigate the regression correlation between consumption and ranrum efficiency of goats fed rations containing blood meal and fermented adsorbent in vivo. The research was conducted in August-November 2022 at the Experimental Cage of the Animal Husbandry Study Program, Department of Animal Husbandry Technology and Industry, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. The method used in this study is the CRD method (Completely Randomized Design) with 3 treatments and 3 replicates, namely: P0 (0% Fermentation Adsorption of Blood Flour), P1 (25% Fermentation Adsorption of Blood Flour), P2 (50% Fermentation Adsorption of Blood Flour). The results obtained are a negative correlation relationship in the P0 treatment and a positive correlation relationship in the P1 and P2 treatments. The regression equation obtained in the PO treatment is Y = 39.944- 0.018X with a negative relationship. The regression equation obtained in the PI treatment Y = -3.8239 + 0.007X with a positive relationship. The results of the correlation analysis of this study obtained the results of the correlation coefficient value P0 (0.14) showing a very low level of relationship, the correlation coefficient value P1 (0.20) showing a very low level of relationship, and the correlation coefficient value P2 (0.82) showing a strong level of relationship between consumption and efficiency of rations given rations containing blood flour and fermented adsorbents.
