PENGARUH PEMBERIAN PUPUK ORGANIK CAIR (POC) DAN PUPUK KANDANG AYAM TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN SELADA (Lactuca sativa L.)

This study aims to determine the effect of liquid organic fertilizer and chicken manure to increase on growth and yield of lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.). The study was conducted at the Experimental Garden, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir District, South Sumatra. The study started from August until October 2022. The study used 2 factors, the first factor was Nasa LOF N1 = Nasa LOF with concentration 2 ml/l, N2 = Nasa LOF with concentration 4 ml/l, and N3 = Nasa LOF with concentration 6 ml/l. The second factor was chicken manure, A0 = control, A1 = chicken manure with dosage 250 g/plant, A2 = chicken manure with dosage 500 g/plant, and A3 = chicken manure with dosage 750 g/plant. The observed variables were plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, degree of greenness of leaves, fresh weight of leaves, fresh weight of stems, fresh weight of roots, dry weight of leaves, dry weight of stems, dry weight of roots and root length. Analysis of diversity used the ANOVA test and continued with the LSD Test 5%. The results showed that the treatment of Nasa liquid organic fertilizer with a concentration of 4 ml/l and the treatment of chicken manure with a dosage 500 g/plant gave the best results on the variables of plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight of leaves, fresh weight of stems, and dry weight of stems.
