PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA DAN ASUPAN ENERGI TERHADAP KELUHAN KELELAHAN KERJA PADA PEKERJA PRODUSEN TAHU DI DAERAH ILIR KOTA PALEMBANG
Work fatigue is the most prevalent issue in the workplace. Workplace fatigue can be caused by an excessive workload and an unbalanced energy intake. The aims of this study is to analyze the effect of workload and energy intake on complaints of work fatigue among tofu manufacturer workers in Palembang's Ilir district. The cross-sectional research design is used in this study.In this study, 55 people from 5 tofu manufacturers were sampled. Direct measurements and interviews are used to collect data. The Swedish Occupational Fatigue Inventory, a two-day food recall questionnaire, and a pulse oximeter fingertip tool were used to collect data.Workload (p-value: 0.013), energy intake (p-value: 0.003), and age are all found to have an effect in the research (p-value: 0.046). Meanwhile, there is no effect of nutritional status on work fatigue complaints (p-value: 0.716). As a result, complaints of fatigue while working can occur if the workload and energy intake received are not in proportion.Work fatigue can be reduced by getting enough rest, drinking enough water, eating a balanced diet, and working in a comfortable and supportive environment.
