This study aims to analyze the application of accounts receivable accounting information system in the credit granting process through the New Integrated Credit Engine (NICE) and Branch Delivery System (BDS) at SME Banking Mandiri Palembang Arief Area. The type of research used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Analysis activities were carried out by conducting direct observations and interviews with credit managers at SME Banking Mandiri Palembang Arief Area who used the New Integrated Credit Engine (NICE) and Branch Delivery System (BDS) in the credit granting process based on eight observation indicators and thirty-four interview questions. The results showed that the application of the accounts receivable accounting information system in granting credit at the SME Banking Unit of Bank Mandiri Palembang Arief Area was in accordance with the Technical Operational Guidelines (PTO) and Standard Credit Procedures (SPK) of the SME Segment of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero), Tbk. Therefore, it can be concluded that the application of the accounts receivable accounting information system in granting credit through the New Integrated Credit Engine (NICE) and Branch Delivery System (BDS) at SME Banking Mandiri Palembang Arief Area has been running well and is very helpful for credit managers in the process of providing credit in a shorter time. However, they also suggest creating an application specifically for credit monitoring in order to more quickly anticipate the possibility of non-performing loans that will affect the management of company receivables in the future.
