PENGARUH PROMOSI DAN MUTASI JABATAN TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR PELAYANAN KEKAYAAN NEGARA DAN LELANG (KPKNL) PALEMBANG.
This study aim to determine the effect off job promotion and Job transfer on Performance at the Office of State Assets Service and Auction Branch of Palembang. The population in this study were all ASN employee at the KPKNL Palembang, amounting to 34 employees. Sampling in this study used saturated sampling method (census) where the entire population was used as a sample so the sample amounted 34 employee. This study uses primary data obtained through quistionnaires. This research method uses SPSS 25 software. The result show that promotion and job transfer have a positive and significant effect on the performance of KPKNL employees, both partially and simultaneously Keyword: Job Promotion, Job Transfer and Performance
