PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA DEP.IB PT PUPUK SRIWIDJAJA PAEMBANG
One of the successes of the company is found in HR, which is human resources that contribute to achieving organizational or company goals. An important aspect for the company to determine the progress or decline of the business can be seen from the performance of employees. The factors that influence employee performance are motivation and work discipline. This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at the Dep. I-B PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. The research method used is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques using research questionnaires. The total population is 115 production employees and the sample used in the study by simple random method is production employees as many as 54 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of work motivation and discipline on employee performance at the Dep. I-B PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang. Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline, Employee Performance.
