This study aims to determine and empirically prove the influence of non-physical work environment and work motivation on the performance of Oriflame members Palembang branch office. Sample data using questionnaire data collection techniques as many as 63 active respondents. This study used saturated sampling, primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires and multiple regression linear analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that non-physical work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Oriflame members Palembang branch office
