The coverage of BIAN immunization in Palembang City as of 30 October 2022 for measles-rubella immunization was 56.3%, DPT-HB-HIB immunization was 40.2%, IPV immunization was 19%, and OPV immunization was 45.8%. This achievement has yet to meet the Ministry of Health’s target because parents of children do not want their children to be immunized. Purpose: to determine the evaluation of the National Childhood Immunization Month (BIAN) program in Palembang City. Method: Using a qualitative phenomenological approach with in-depth interview techniques. Result: shows that the implementation of the BIAN program in Palembang City has been going well even though there are several obstacles, such as the ASIK application, which is frequently updated, and parents who do not want their children to be immunized. The coverage of BIAN immunization in Palembang is still low, not according to the target of the Ministry of Health, namely 95%. The coverage of measles-rubella immunization was 53.6%, DPT-HB-HIB immunization was 40.02%, OPV immunization was 45.8%, and IPV immunization was 19%. Conclusion: the implementation of the National Childhood Immunization Month (BIAN) program in Palembang City has yet to be maximized in several components.
