The training provided by the company aims to improve employee performance. This study aims to determine how the effect of training on the performance of human capital and general service department employees at PT Pamapersada Nusantara Site MTBU Tanjung Enim. This study uses quantitative methods and uses a questionnaire research instrument. The population in this study amounted to 40 employees, samples were taken as many as 40 employees with nonprobability sampling technique, the sample used was saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the research hypothesis was proven correct, namely the training variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables in the human capital and general service departments at PT Pamapersada Nusantara Site MTBU Tanjung Enim.
